Digital health tools have been used in a wide variety of health care services, including to promote healthy behaviors; improve health outcomes in people with chronic conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, heart failure, diabetes, and mental health conditions; and provide remote access to treatments. This module covers the skill sets and best practices necessary for effective use of digital tools in health care.
