The NorthEast Cerebrovascular Consortium (NECC) serves as a platform for best practice education and networking for stroke professionals across the continuum of care in the Northeast Region. The NECC pulls in constituents from the eight-state region of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
