Description
This course provides practical guidance for launching and managing hybrid cardiac rehabilitation programs. Participants will learn about key elements such as stakeholder engagement, patient eligibility, technology selection, patient onboarding, safety planning, and comprehensive lifestyle management. The course also covers the evolution of billing and reimbursement practices, ensuring program sustainability and effectiveness.

2. Identify the program elements of hybrid cardiac rehabilitation
3. State the evolution of hybrid cardiac rehabilitation billing and reimbursement
