Description
This course focuses on the use of telemedicine to manage chronic disease risk factors that affect cardiovascular health. Participants will learn effective strategies for managing blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol through telemedicine. The course also explores the use of telemedicine for managing additional cardiac risk factors, such as smoking, mental health, weight management, and alcohol use.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion, participants should be able to:
1. Recognize effective blood pressure management strategies while using telemedicine
2. Identify diabetes management strategies by using telemedicine
3. Identify cholesterol management strategies by using telemedicine
4. Explore management strategies for additional cardiac risk factors by using telemedicine
