Effective communication and cultural humility have a significant impact on health outcomes. This e-learning module takes you through important terminology and concepts that teach basic inclusive language and effective communication, designed to ensure patients feel heard, safe, and affirmed.

6. You will be able to deploy language you and your staff can use to help make patients feel empowered in the health care setting.
