Description
Remote patient monitoring is a subset of telehealth that facilitates patient monitoring as well as the timely transfer of patient-generated data from patient to care team and back to the patient. This module will provide an overview of best practices in remote patient monitoring and an overview of billing codes used for reimbursement.

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

2. Describe how remote patient monitoring can facilitate lifestyle changes
3. Identify how remote patient monitoring is used for high blood pressure and heart failure
4. Identify data and safety related to remote patient monitoring
