The purpose of this training is to give an overview of Motivational Interviewing (MI) conversation skills for health care professionals to use as part of their practice both in person and virtually. This module will provide a basic understanding of what MI is and isn’t and an overview of the guiding spirit, four tasks, and basic MI micro skills.
