In this module, health care professionals will explore various technology-enabled cardiac rehab models and identify common digital therapeutics solutions and their roles in cardiac rehab. Participants will assess and translate patient metrics in virtual settings, employ strategies to enhance patient engagement and health literacy, and discuss social determinants of health considerations for digital therapeutics in cardiac rehab.
