Description
The Certified Professional by the American Heart Association – Stroke Coordinator (CPAHA) is available to health care professionals involved with stroke program coordination at their sites.
The exam will consist of 175 questions and will be delivered by Meazure Learning via live remote proctor. Candidates have 4 hours to complete the exam. The exam testing window opens May 2026. You will receive an email from the American Heart Association informing you when you are able to begin scheduling your exam. Upon passing the exam, the American Heart Association will award the professional with CPAHA certification and credentials for individual recognition in accordance with provided branding guidelines.
To retain the certification past the three-year award period, the professional must complete certification maintenance criteria with continuing education credits and fees. If the certification is not maintained, it is no longer active for professional use and display.
