Description

The purpose of this module is to describe more complex arrhythmias, such as second-and third-degree heart blocks, wide-complex tachycardia, and narrow complex tachycardia.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

1. Recognize the factors to consider when diagnosing wide-complex tachycardia

2. Recognize the factors to consider when diagnosing narrow-complex tachycardia

3. Explain the use of adenosine for narrow- and wide-complex tachycardia

4. Recognize the factors to consider when diagnosing different types of bradycardias
